Physical Exercise as a new therapeutic model

Who am I?

Hi, I’m Berta Pelegrí and I have been working in physical exercise as a new therapeutic model in Barcelona for a few years now. I have a degree in Physical Activity and Sport Sciences (member number 52.298) and I have completed a postgraduate course in Physical Activity and Illness.

About me

10 years ago I realized the growing need to create a type of personalized and specific physical exercise aimed at people with pathologies that performed physical activity without control or supervision. And, since then I help many people to feel better, to improve their quality of life and learn how to acquire new sports habits to achieve a healthier life.

Through my method and with energy and positivism we will achieve everything we set out to do. If you feel you need to make a change in your life, I will guide you, I will motivate you and of course I will be by your side because you will achieve your goal.

As a trainer I try to help all my clients achieve their goals and change their habits so that they can gain wellness and quality of life.

Move and you will win is a philosophy that Berta Pelegrí makes the objectives go beyond: I want to make you feel good, improve your health and get you to lead a healthier life and of course a more agile life without pain or impediments.

The move and win method

As a personal trainer I have created the method MOVE AND WIN based on the planning and organization of a personalized sports program for the improvement and physical well-being of those people who, on the one hand, do not know how to develop physical activity in an effective way and want to keep fit and, on the other hand, for those people who, through physical exercise, can improve their quality of life. That is to say, it is the ideal complement for the readaptation of people with pathologies for a life without physical impediments.

The method offers the ability to self-improve and to understand through motivation that the limit is set by you. This method is based on a bioimpedance assessment and physical tests to keep track, as well as an evaluation of the state of physical condition.

Then, two weekly sessions are established where joint mobility is worked and coordination and balance exercises, strength and endurance and, finally, flexibility and relaxation exercises are performed to make an exercise adapted to their needs, avoiding overexertion.
